ISS offers the following services:

  • We offer NAVSEA compliant certification classes as needed at no cost to the applicant, i.e. Firewatch Certification Classes; Confined Space Training;
  • We are 'E-Verify' Compliant - utilizing the Department of Homeland Security program to ensure employment eligibility of our Associates.
  • We provide all Worker's Comp insurance, including USL&H for waterfront job sites.
  • Clerical skills testing on most prevalent software programs is available as needed.
  • We have Associates available who are already equipped with TWIC access to secure terminal facilities.
  • We provide certified payroll on Davis Bacon Wage jobs.

  • Use a temp for 480 Regular Hours then hire with no additional conversion fees

    • Direct Hire:
  • Hire directly from us - One of the lowest rates in the industry

    • Payrolling:
