About Integrity Staffing Services

Begin with Integrity, Staff with Purpose

Empowering Businesses, Elevating Talent

This is why we exist. At Integrity Staffing Services, we aspire to be a place that drives workforce possibility, with a people-first approach. In today’s dynamic labor market, we’ve built an operating model that combines technology & human insight with honesty and integrity, to deliver innovative and flexible staffing solutions that enable our client’s success.

How It Began

Co-founder David Hartley spent the early part of his career as a first-class journeyman welder for Norfolk Ship Building & Dry Dock (or what is known today as BAE Systems, Inc.) As time progressed, David noticed a need for better shipyard staffing support, and with his extensive knowledge of ship repair requirements paired with his wife Shelley’s expertise in accounting and management, they introduced Integrity Staffing Services in 1995 to uniquely serve those working in the shipbuilding industry.

Over the next 30 years, Integrity Staffing Services has expanded its workforce solutions to heavy industrial, light industrial, manufacturing and administrative clients across Virginia and Gulf Coast regions. Since its inception, the company strives to uphold its name, operating with honesty, respect, and purpose for both job seekers and clients alike.

Where Success is Based on Integrity

While we’ve experienced successful growth over the years, one thing that has remained the same is our approach to our people. As a multi-generational, family-owned business, we’ve made a point to extend that family-like culture across our staff, partners and clients. We set high expectations for ourselves while prioritizing open, honest communication, accountability, and integrity.
