About Us
Integrity Staffing Services is an independently owned and operated staffing and recruiting company with multiple locations throughout Virginia to best serve a broad base of clientele. It’s our goal to partner with our clients and provide strategic staffing solutions based on each of their specific needs and requirements. To do that, we take a hands-on approach throughout the staffing life cycle to ensure we are meeting expectations and delivering the most qualified candidates.
We have been in the shipbuilding and repair industry since the company was founded. The founder started as a welder in the shipyard, saw the need for skilled trades, and opened Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. Shipyards represent the largest segment of our business. We also staff for heavy industrial, light industrial, hospitality, and professional positions.
Company Origins
Integrity Staffing Services was founded in 1995. We have grown over the years by acquiring assets from other staffing companies, operating from those locations in Chesapeake, Winchester, and Newport News, Virginia. As a multi-generational family-owned business for over 25 years, we have cultivated a family-oriented culture that extends beyond our teams to our partners and clients. We operate with a progressive-minded approach when providing solutions for today’s workplace needs. We have high expectations of our team, which results in open, honest communication and ensures we hold each other accountable. Each of our teams is experienced in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and testing to match the most suitable candidates to the specific requirements of our client’s needs.
