Affordable Care Act
We are in compliance with Affordable Care Act requirements by making health insurance available to qualifying associates. Our Open Enrollment period is at the beginning of December of each year. During Open Enrollment, if you have worked an average of 30 hours/week during the current year, if you have previously satisfied the Standard Measurement Period thresholds, or if you have been notified that you are eligible for our insurance offerings, then you may have met the minimum requirements required to participate in our health insurance plans that comply with the Affordable Care Act.
